Last week Samir talked about the balance of delight and discipline when it comes to Sabbath practice. This week Vince will lead out we continue this theme. We will share the ways we build Sabbath in our lives. Think about the practices, rituals, and ideas you use to allow Sabbath to be built in your life and be ready to share those with us on Saturday. We also talk about ways we can invite people into the sacred architecture of Sabbath and discuss the political and spiritual implications of such an invitation.

“The Sabbaths are our great cathedrals, and our Holy of Holies is a shrine that (empires are not) able to burn.” – Abraham Joshua Heschel
